Oshcut collects information that visitors choose to provide through RFQ forms, contact requests, email links, and normal website analytics. This may include name, company, email address, phone number, country, project notes, and manufacturing files or descriptions submitted for review.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review manufacturability, prepare quotations, coordinate production discussions, improve website performance, and maintain business records. Project details may be shared with controlled supplier or service partners only when needed to evaluate or fulfill the requested work.
Retention and security
RFQ records may be retained to support revision history, quote comparison, customer service, and quality documentation. Oshcut uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission method can be guaranteed as perfectly secure. Customers should request an NDA or secure transfer method before sending highly sensitive data.
Choices
Visitors may request correction or removal of contact information where legally and operationally possible. Some records may be retained when required for transaction history, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or quality documentation associated with a project.
Project files
Manufacturing files can contain confidential product geometry, customer names, program references, and drawing notes. Oshcut treats those files as project records and uses them only for review, quotation, support, and production communication. Customers should avoid sending restricted technical data unless the proper agreement and transfer method are in place.
Analytics and communication
Basic analytics may be used to understand page performance, inquiry sources, and content usefulness. Email or form communication may be retained so that future revisions, repeat orders, and support questions can be connected to the original RFQ context. Oshcut does not intend to sell project file content or drawing data to unrelated marketing parties.
